At Florida Trophy Fishing LLC, we take great care to ensure that all of our products are crafted with the highest standards of quality and comply with the current regulations set by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and other relevant authorities. While we strive to keep our products up-to-date with the latest requirements, it is important to note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their area of use.

By purchasing and using any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations: It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to FWC rules, seasonal restrictions, legal size limits, and trap requirements. Laws governing the use of fishing and crabbing equipment may vary by location and season, and Florida Trophy Fishing LLC cannot guarantee that our products will comply with regulations in every jurisdiction.

  2. Proper Use and Handling: The buyer agrees to use the products for their intended purpose only and in accordance with all legal requirements. Florida Trophy Fishing LLC is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or legal issues that arise from improper use or misuse of our products. We recommend that users follow all safety guidelines and exercise caution when using our traps and other fishing products.

  3. Trap Specifications: While we make every effort to design and manufacture our traps in accordance with FWC specifications, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the traps are compliant with current regulations in their specific area before use. Regulations regarding trap size, material, entry points, and other specifications may change over time, and Florida Trophy Fishing LLC is not liable for any non-compliance due to regulatory updates after the date of purchase.

  4. Liability: Florida Trophy Fishing LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or legal consequences arising from the use of our products. This includes but is not limited to damages to property, personal injury, or fines resulting from non-compliance with laws, improper use, or failure to follow recommended guidelines.

  5. Warranty and Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to comply with applicable regulations. All product returns or exchanges are subject to our return policy, and we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that have been used improperly or in violation of legal requirements.

  6. Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Trophy Fishing LLC from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, that arise from the buyer’s use of our products, including but not limited to any violation of local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or ordinances.
